What is USDA Financing?

Many areas of Northwest Georgia are eligible for USDA financing. This provides the opportunity for buyers in rural and some suburban areas to purchase a home for as little as zero down. USDA loans are guaranteed by the USDA Rural Development Guaranteed Housing Loan Program which is part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. USDA loans often have lower interest rates than other loan products. There are income limits on USDA loans that vary by location and household.
